FDL Book Salon: Daou on Boehlert

 lapdogs.jpg

Please join us for the FDL Book Salon this afternoon, Sunday, when Peter Daou will be leading a discussion on the first half of Eric Boehlert’s book Lapdogs: How the Press Rolled Over for Bush.  Anyone who reads the blogs regularly knows that this tome gets referenced with great frequency and there’s a reason for that; if I was going to recommend one book that documented the journalistic atrocities that have lead to current state of affairs this would be it.  It’s like a bloggy text book, really well written and wholly entertaining.  I’m looking forward to what Peter has to say about it.  We’ll be here at 5pm EDT/2pm PDT and we hope you can join us.
