…And Now For Something Completely Different

In case you missed it yesterday, Markos of Daily Kos was on The Colbert Report yesterday.  Crooks and Liars has the clip up for your viewing pleasure.

If you haven’t read Crashing the Gate, get yer butt to a bookstore or a library.  Really, it’s an inspired read — someday we are going to have to open a discussion thread on it, because there is a lot to contemplate for future progressive planning.

And just so no one goes into Traitorgate withdrawal as I put the finishing touches on Part II’s analysis, this comment by reader Roxtar in response to my "What Has the President Declassified and Why Did He Leak It?" post and thoughts on President Leaks-A-Lot (h/t to BobbyG on that one) made me laugh out loud:

There’s only one person with the standing, the gravitas, the credibility, and the language skills to sit down with the President and make him understand why this is wrong.

Unfortunately, Mr. Rogers died a couple of years ago.

Hi, neighbor.

UPDATE:  McClellan press briefing going on now.  You’re going to want to watch this.  Holden is gonna have a field day today.
