Saddam Husseinâ€™s regime on Tuesday threw open the doors of one of the Iraqi leaderâ€™s posh palaces to arms monitors searching for weapons of mass destruction and announced Baghdad would give a full accounting of its weapons arsenals by Saturday, a day earlier than required. The moves put pressure on President Bush, whose assessment of the 6-day-old inspections was in sharp contrast to the praise offered by U.N. Security-General Kofi Annan on Tuesday.
So close to Christmas and President Inigo Montoya still doesn’t have Hussein’s head to put under the tree for Poppy, nor the Iraqi oil wells for the guys who put him in office. Guess it’s time to go sit on Dick Cheney’s lap and ask for presents for all his friends and family…..
