At last, the moment we’ve all been waiting for!  It’s the day we finally don’t have to watch any more campaign ads for, like, at least a year.

Anecdotally, I’ve been hearing that turnout is  pretty good, which is a little surprising to me given my belief that the overwhelming majority of voters on both sides are casting votes against the other guy than enthusiastically supporting their guy.  I would really like to see polling numbers on that, as I can think of few better indicators of the breakdown of democracy when neither party can offer a presidential candidate that anyone* believes will enthusiastically represent their interests.

Anyway, come join me in the comments as we find out which corrupt asshat will be bombing Pakistan and selling us out to the corporations over the next four years.  Also, I am given to understand that there may be some other electoral positions up for grabs tonight as well, so we can talk about those too.

*Anyone making under a million bucks a year, that is.
