Water Cooler – I Am Obsessed With Bitchin’ Kitchen

Since this is Food Sunday, I thought I’d talk about a show that I am now obsessed with. It is called Bitchin’ Kitchen. The recipes are okay, sometimes there are things I would never eat, but what has me coming back week after week is the shtick that the host Nadia Giosia.

You see Nads (as she calls herself) is not you standard cooking show host. Between the leopard print oven mitts, the chainmail aprons and the three in cherry red stilettos, and the over the top faux Italian accent and culture, there is a hilarious half hour.

And it is not like Nads is alone on the show, she has her helpers the Spice Agent, Han the beefcake who is Bitchin’ Kitchen’s “Scantily Clad Food Correspondent, and Panos, the Greek fish monger, our hostess has a lot of folks to play off of.

But here, don’t take my word for it, check out this little segment of “Nad-vice:”

Did everyone notice that she sliced off a finger? This and all great things in the background of Nadia’s kitchen make this a fun place to pick up a few recipes.
